Four Olympic sports – archery, badminton, fencing and weightlifting – have lost their funding for the 2020 Games in Tokyo.
Wheelchair rugby has also missed out in UK Sport’s latest funding cycle.
One of the big winners was shooting, with funding increasing from £3.95m to more than £7m.
In total, up to £345m will be invested in Olympic and Paralympic sports for the next Games – £2m less than a record £347m allocated in the run-up to Rio.
